Derry City and Strabane District Council have won a Top Award at the NI local Government Awards. The award received was for excellence in Environmental Sustainability by a Local Authority. CLIMATE Programme Manager, Cathy Burns collected the award of which the CLIMATE Project and development of the first adaptation plan by a council in NI was recognised and contributed to the success of the Council.
