North West Climate Change Video Produced
Derry City and Strabane District produced a video to highlight the impacts of climate change and the plans for adaptation across the north west region of Northern Ireland. The video was launched at the first ever local council climate change conference in Northern Ireland.
Climate Change Conference Held
Derry City & Strabane District Council Climate Change Conference 12th March 2019
Hosted through the CLIMATE Project the conference showcased the work of the project and brought international experts in climate science and practice together to increase knowledge and capacity for climate action. The conference was attended by over 150 delegates.
